Counseling That Meets You Where You Are

Life rarely fits neatly into one category. Sometimes the issue is a relationship that no longer feels safe. Sometimes you know what you want to change but cannot seem to make yourself follow through. Sometimes life simply looks different than you expected, and you need somewhere to sort through what comes next. Counseling provides space to understand what is happening, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and begin moving forward with intention.

Betrayal Trauma & Reconciliation

Betrayal can disrupt far more than trust. It can change how you view your relationship, your memories, yourself, and even your sense of reality and safety. I work with individuals processing betrayal as well as couples who have chosen to explore reconciliation. The goal is not to rush forgiveness or force a particular outcome, but to create space for honesty, accountability, stabilization, informed decision making, and the gradual rebuilding of safety when reconciliation is possible.

Motivation, Habits & Weight Loss

Knowing what you want to do and consistently doing it are two very different things. Counseling can help explore the emotional, behavioral, and environmental patterns that affect motivation, eating habits, exercise, self discipline, and follow through. This work is not about prescribing a diet or weight loss plan. It is about understanding what gets in the way, developing sustainable habits, and building a healthier relationship with change, progress, and your own expectations.

Life Changes & Finding What Comes Next

Career changes, divorce, parenting transitions, grief, changing relationships, identity shifts, and unexpected seasons of life can leave even capable people feeling uncertain or disconnected from themselves. Counseling can provide a place to slow things down, make sense of what has changed, clarify what matters now, and begin creating a direction that fits the life you are actually living.

Not Sure If We Are a Good Fit?

I offer a complimentary 15 minute consultation so you can ask questions, briefly discuss what you are looking for, and determine whether working together feels appropriate. If I am not the right fit for your needs, I will do my best to provide referrals or help point you toward a provider who may be better suited to support you.
